1. Parties and scope
These Terms govern eFootballLAB and eFootballLAB PRO supplied by eFootballLAB (the seller shown at Whop checkout and on your receipt). Applicable Whop Buyer Terms also govern checkout and payment. Whop processes payments; eFootballLAB supplies the digital service.
2. Plans, price and renewal
PRO Monthly is USD $1.99 per month. PRO Yearly is USD $14.99 per year, charged as one annual payment. Both plans provide the same PRO feature set during their paid period and renew automatically for the corresponding period until canceled. Any applicable tax, payment fee, discount or currency conversion is shown by Whop at checkout. The checkout total and renewal date should be reviewed before purchase.
No free trial, one-time or lifetime plan is included in these two offers. A price change for a future period will be communicated before it takes effect as required by applicable law; it does not retroactively change a paid period.
3. What PRO includes
PRO provides an ad-free experience on eligible eFootballLAB pages and Advanced AI Team Builder features in the existing Team Builder: manager selection, more advanced formation and position rules, detailed AI tactical explanation and interactive Player Movements. AI output and football data are informational and may contain errors or change with game updates. We do not guarantee a particular match result, winning strategy, uninterrupted AI availability or unlimited AI usage. Fair usage limits shown in the service apply to AI requests; reaching an AI limit does not itself remove the ad-free entitlement.
The ad-free benefit concerns advertising controlled by eFootballLAB on its site. It does not control content, advertisements or terms on external websites reached through links.
4. Access and accounts
A valid eFootballLAB account and successful payment are required for paid PRO access. Activation is based on verified subscription status from Whop, so a short processing delay may occur. Keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. Access is personal and may not be transferred, resold or shared in a way that bypasses account or usage controls.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel renewal before the next renewal date using the subscription management option in your Whop account or the instructions on your Whop receipt. A cancellation stops future renewals once confirmed by Whop. Normally, access continues until the end of the already paid period; a refund or payment reversal may end access earlier. Canceling and requesting a refund are separate actions. The accompanying Return Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed. Mandatory consumer rights and Whop's payment-layer remedies remain unaffected.
6. Responsible use and intellectual property
Do not automate abusive requests, scrape or redistribute databases, reverse engineer protected components, evade rate limits or use the service unlawfully. eFootballLAB retains rights in its original site code, design and text. Game names, images, player cards and marks belong to their respective rights holders. eFootballLAB is an independent, unofficial site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by KONAMI.
7. Availability, changes and liability
We may maintain or improve the service, and may restrict access to address security, misuse or legal requirements. Material changes to a purchased subscription will be handled consistently with the Return Policy and applicable law. The service is provided with reasonable care, but availability and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Contact and updates
For product, access, privacy or refund questions, contact eFootballLAB at [email protected]. Include your Whop order or receipt reference, but never send a password or full payment-card number. Payment-processing disputes may also be reported to Whop at [email protected]. The version provided at purchase applies to that purchase unless a later change is accepted or mandatory law requires otherwise. Updated policies will be dated and made available before applying to future purchases or renewals where required.
