1. Scope and controller
This policy explains how eFootballLAB, the supplier of eFootballLAB PRO at efootballlab.com, handles personal information for the site, accounts and PRO service. Whop handles payment and checkout data under its own privacy policy; Google sign-in, hosting and AI providers also process data for the functions described below.
2. Information we process
Account data: email address, account identifiers, password hash if you register by password, Google account identifier when you choose Google sign-in, verification and security events.
Subscription data: plan, Whop customer or membership references, payment status, period dates, cancellation and refund status. We do not need or store full card numbers in eFootballLAB's application database.
Service data: selected players and managers, saved or submitted squads, tactical requests and generated results where the feature requires them; request counts and technical diagnostics. Basic traffic and security logs may include IP address, browser, time and pages accessed.
3. Why we use it
We use the data to create and secure accounts, provide Free and PRO features, verify entitlement, apply usage and abuse controls, deliver support, investigate service failures, maintain records of transactions and comply with legal obligations. We use site analytics to understand aggregated usage. The applicable legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests in security and service operation, legal obligations, or consent where required by local law.
4. Providers and disclosures
Whop processes checkout, payment credentials and subscription billing; eFootballLAB receives the limited status and identifiers needed to grant access. Google may process authentication when you choose Google sign-in. Our hosting and email providers process service data needed to operate the site and send account messages. AI requests may be sent to OpenRouter and its selected model provider; squad details and your prompt context may be included, so do not submit sensitive personal information in tactical requests. Ad networks may process visitor data on Free pages where ads are shown. Umami Analytics is used for site usage measurement. We disclose data where law requires or to protect service security and rights.
5. Cookies, storage and advertising
Session and security cookies support sign-in, fraud prevention and preferences. Browser storage may hold saved squad data. PRO members should not receive eFootballLAB-controlled ads while entitled; Free pages may use third-party advertising technologies. Browser or provider privacy settings may offer additional controls. Required cookies are necessary to operate account and security functions.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including active accounts, support, fraud prevention and required accounting or legal records. Retention periods depend on the record type and applicable law. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We do not keep payment-card credentials in the eFootballLAB application database.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal duties or resolve disputes. You can manage your Whop subscription through Whop and your Google permissions through Google.
8. International processing, contact and updates
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where law requires, appropriate transfer protections should apply. For product, access, privacy or refund questions, contact eFootballLAB at [email protected]. Include your Whop order or receipt reference, but never send a password or full payment-card number. Payment-processing disputes may also be reported to Whop at [email protected]. We will publish a dated update when this policy materially changes.
